Role - Scrum Master / Program Manager – AI Initiatives
Experience Required -5+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

5+ years of Scrum Master experience managing Agile delivery teams.
2+ years of enterprise program/portfolio management experience.
Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
Hands-on experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Strong proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience with PI Planning, Release Planning, and roadmap management.
