Working from the product strategy and outcomes established with the Product Manager and broader product team and stakeholders, the Technical Product Owner translates priorities into a clear, actionable backlog; ensures work is ready and understood; makes timely team-level decisions; and validates that completed work meets agreed acceptance criteria.
