Title: Scrum Master II
Location: 465 Main Street, Buffalo, NY – 4 days onste, 1 day remote



Reason for Opening
  • Current contractors are reaching the end of their engagements.
  • Team needs an experienced Scrum Master who can quickly understand the existing environment and support ongoing delivery initiatives.


Must-Have Skills
  • Experience leading delivery of complex technology projects
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices
  • Risk Management experience
  • Experience leading and coaching Agile teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Must come from a technology-driven environment
  • Banking experience is a plus but not required
  • Candidates from technology space are highly preferred


Looking for a Scrum Master who operates beyond simply running ceremonies.
Seeking someone with:
  • Strong delivery mindset
  • Experience supporting complex technology programs/projects
  • Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams
  • Strong servant leadership approach
  • Ability to remove impediments and drive execution
  • Experience coaching Agile teams toward continuous improvement
  • Understanding of Agile metrics, transparency, and information radiators

  • QA leadership with strong delivery ownership

Note: Preference is for candidates who have been involved in overall delivery and execution, not solely focused on Scrum ceremonies.

  • Typical team size: 5–8 members
  • Maximum team size: 10 members
  • Candidate should be comfortable working across multiple teams and managing dependencies in a complex environment
