Title: Scrum Master II
Location: 465 Main Street, Buffalo, NY – 4 days onste, 1 day remote
Reason for Opening- Current contractors are reaching the end of their engagements.
- Team needs an experienced Scrum Master who can quickly understand the existing environment and support ongoing delivery initiatives.
Must-Have Skills- Experience leading delivery of complex technology projects
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices
- Risk Management experience
- Experience leading and coaching Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Must come from a technology-driven environment
- Banking experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates from technology space are highly preferred

- Maximum team size: 10 members
- Candidate should be comfortable working across multiple teams and managing dependencies in a complex environment
