Scrum Master

Must have: Agile / Waterfall / SCRUM Development. PMP, SAFE RTE, CSM, ITIL, CSTM, SCJD, MCP. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Scope and Change Management. Schedule Management Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experi enced Scrum Master to support Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives within the Financial Services and Wealth Management domain. The individual will lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful execution of sprint goals, release plans, and project milestones. Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery execution for Agile squads and project workstreams. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Drive teams to meet sprint goals, milestones, and release commitments. Monitor delivery progress and proactively remove blockers and risks. Manage dependencies across teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Maintain delivery tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence. Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Generics skills:

8+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Delivery professional. Experience in Workday implementation projects. Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 a year
