D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related scientific/technical field • Expertise spanning several domains, including: • Software development using modern engineering best practices, ideally with hands-on DevOps and/or Agile team leadership experience • Data engineering (ETL, workflow/pipeline automation), data science (machine learning, analytics), and DevOps (automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, system monitoring) • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining data-intensive applications in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) • Proficiency with at least two of the following: Python, R, C++, SQL, or Linux (RH 7+), plus experience developing across diverse platforms (desktop, web, cloud, or embedded) • Three to six years of hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and practices (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, or similar) • Experience with visualization/dashboard tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom web solutions • Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, scientific, and business concepts for diverse audiences • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying value for clients, framing business plans, and driving business development • Consulting experience or demonstrated success in technical roles involving client communication and solution-driven project delivery • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to thrive independently and as a collaborative team member in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings.
