V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Scrum Master for our premier client in Miami, FL.
Education and Experience »
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Proven experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination.
- Advanced Jira expertise, including JQL, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success preparing teams for PI Planning and program-level execution
- Maintain visibility into program-level risks and impediments.
- Escalate issues with clear options, impact analysis, and recommended trade-offs.
- Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, filters, and reports.
- Ensure Jira data integrity to support accurate metrics and executive reporting.
- Translate delivery data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics, including flow, predictability, WIP, and throughput.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
