Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master / Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain mainframe applications by designing, coding, testing, and debugging solutions using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and related technologies.

Rate Range: $53/Hour to $54/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master / Program Manager Responsibilities include:

• Lead Agile delivery for AI initiatives by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize AI backlogs, and align delivery with business objectives.

• Drive program planning, roadmap execution, and governance while tracking risks, dependencies, issues, and key performance metrics.

• Coordinate AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments to ensure successful adoption and business value realization.

• Manage executive communications, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement across onsite, offshore, and multi-vendor teams.

• Utilize Jira and Agile best practices to ensure the timely delivery of user stories, solution designs, and AI-enabled business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in Agile project/program management, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Proven experience leading AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $54.00 per hour
