Job Description

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: USA | Engagement: Long-term

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for enterprise-level web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement.

  • Track sprint velocity, delivery metrics, and team performance.

  • Identify impediments and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Sprint Planning, Delivery Management, Agile Metrics.

Eligibility: Must be based in the USA and legally authorized to work in the United States.
