Scrum Master with AI

Our Utility Client in Downtown, NYC is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who has experience with AI for a 12+month HYBRID (3 days onsite) role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have

• Agile experience
• experience with agile delivery tools
• scrum master experience
• strong facilitation and communication skills
• strong organization and prioritization skills

• experience in a product-oriented Agile environment
• experience with AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives
• experience with cross-functional technology teams
• Scrum/Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)

The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, producvitiy, and workplace technology solutions. The role will: 

-Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospecitves;
-Identify and remove impediments
-Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
-Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
-Support continuous improvement

The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
