Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master with Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience to lead Agile teams while also serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of servant leadership, Agile best practices, and hands-on requirements gathering and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Duties:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Shield the team from outside interruptions and remove impediments to progress.
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burn-downs, etc.).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Business Systems Analyst Duties:
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Assist in creating test cases and participate in UAT to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Support business process modeling and workflow optimization.
