Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented SDLC Compliance & Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, VBA/VB macro development, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) processes. The individual will support release governance and compliance reporting activities by maintaining reporting solutions, validating SDLC artifacts, coordinating with application teams, and ensuring adherence to established release and control processes. This role will play a key part in helping the organization transition to a more structured and controlled SDLC workflow. The responsibilities align closely with the customer's current SDLC governance and compliance monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot Excel-based reporting solutions and VBA/VB macros.
• Develop and manage compliance dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Analyze SDLC and release compliance reports to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing artifacts.
• Coordinate with application development, QA, infrastructure, and release teams to ensure required SDLC documentation is completed and uploaded.
• Follow up with project and application teams regarding missing approvals, checklists, evidence, and release artifacts.
• Monitor compliance against release governance processes and quality gates.
• Validate release documentation readiness prior to production deployment.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance assessments by providing accurate reporting and evidence.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities using Excel and VBA automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Assist in transitioning manual governance and reporting processes toward a more mature and controlled workflow.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

o VBA/VB Macro Development

o Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas

o Dashboard and Management Reporting

o Data Analysis and Reconciliation

• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing Excel/VBA applications.

SDLC & Process Knowledge

• Good understanding of:

o Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

o Release Management Pr ocesses

o Change Management

o Quality Gates and Governance Controls

o Production Readiness Reviews

o Compliance and Audit Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting compliance, PMO, governance, or release management functions.
• Exposure to Workfront, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar workflow tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated environments is preferred.

Salary Range- $60,000-$80,000 a year
