Commercial Construction Superintendent

Our client is an established Georgia-based commercial contractor with a growing portfolio of projects throughout the Southeast. Known for their relationship-driven approach and dependable project execution, they have developed repeat partnerships across the retail and commercial markets, including an expanding portfolio of Wawa locations throughout Georgia and Florida.

Manage daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project flow.

Oversee site safety practices and compliance with regulations.

Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.

Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any challenges promptly.

Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

Support the project team in achieving budget and schedule objectives.

5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience

Direct experience with ground-up gas station construction projects required

Strong understanding of site development, underground utilities, concrete, structural systems, building envelope, MEP, and interior finishes

Familiarity with fueling facility construction and coordination preferred

Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and scopes simultaneously

Ability to effectively read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong understanding of quality control and jobsite safety

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel throughout Georgia and potentially the broader Southeast depending on project needs

Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD
