COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

An established design-build general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to their projects in the Southeast immediately. This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family. This company serves several markets including industrial, office, studio, interiors projects.  

TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent

· Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects from $500K to $25M

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
