What You'll Do:
Hand-package specialty chocolates, gift boxes, bags, and wrapped bars
Assemble attractive gift packaging, including ribbons, bows, and labels
Pack cases and palletize finished products
Monitor product quality using visual standards and specifications
Follow packaging instructions and production requirements
Assist with troubleshooting packaging and production issues
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Support other production departments as needed
Follow all safety, GMP, and company guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful but not required
