The City of Wyoming Treasurers Department is excited to accept applications for a seasonal clerical position for fall 2026!

The seasonal clerical position will be responsible for supporting department and City programs and functions by performing a variety of general office/clerical support duties such as:

• Cash handling/processing payments
• Assisting customers with their water/tax bill
• Answering phones
• General office duties (typing, filing, scheduling, data entry, record keeping, coordination of meetings ordering and maintaining office supplies)
• Other duties as assigned

This position works with a diverse group of external contacts. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. Advice and leadership are available from supervisor or their designee for complex issues or those requiring authorization.

Desired hours and availability for the position are from 12PM - 5PM, Monday through Thursday.
