About the Role

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Seasonal Development Specialist to support its Development team during a high-volume giving season. This role will partner with business development leaders to support advisor relationships, manage pipeline activity, and coordinate outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to advisor and donor inquiries and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Support business development and relationship management initiatives.
• Research prospective opportunities and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communications.
• Track opportunities and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
• Support advisor engagement and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and communication.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and other administrative support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, financial services, sales support, account management, relationship management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting advisors, wealth management professionals, or client-facing teams preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative work style.
