Seasonal - Dock Attendant

MAID OF THE MISTsince 1846, a family owned and operated company in the spectacular Niagara Falls, NY is currently recruiting for our 2023 Season. We are looking for dedicated staff members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work Seasonally Full-Time or Seasonally Part-Time from April-November. We also have summer or student positions available from May-August (college) or June-September (high-school). Must be able to work weekends on a rotating basis and holidays; Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. 

The Maid of the Mist is looking for a Dock Attendant who is available Full Time or Part Time (3-5 days per week). This individual will be responsible for the direct oversight of its customers at Boat Dock location at the bottom of The Falls. Attendants are fully trained and responsible for greeting customers, collecting tickets, counting passengers, handing out ponchos, recycling ponchos, picking up debris around the gorge, and helping to load boats and/or move the line in a positive way. The position requires an individual who possesses customer service, basic communication skills, a positive demeanor, and has the ability to interact with the public. Position is outdoors with some areas of shading and rain coverage. Uniforms and jackets provided.
