Department Detail –The Billy Graham Library supports the mission of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to proclaim the Gospel to all we can by every effective means available to us, and by equipping the church and others to do the same. Our staff and volunteers present the Gospel through the Journey of Faith tour, Memorial Prayer Garden, Homeplace, and evangelistic outreaches like Christmas at the Library. We also serve and equip Christians through Ruth’s Attic bookstore, Graham Brothers Dairy Bar, group programs, special events, memorabilia displays, student resources, communications, and donor ministry activities.
Job Summary – The Seasonal Guest Services Onsite Shuttle Driver Associate is a seasonal position that supports the Christmas at the Library program, with the opportunity to begin employment prior to the start of the event. This role enhances the guest experience by providing safe shuttle transportation throughout the campus and delivering exceptional customer service to guests attending the Library and related events. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information and directions, assisting as needed, and safely operating a Billy Graham Library-designated shuttle.
During the first four months of employment, the regular work schedule will be Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. During the Christmas at the Library event in December, the schedule will include evening shifts, with some shifts extending until at least 10:00 p.m.

- Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits

- Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets tour groups as they arrive at the Billy Graham (BG) Library and provides groups with information concerning their visit both inside and outside Library grounds
- Maintains a neat and orderly welcome center, shuttle stop, lobby area, ensuring all items are stationed in the correct places, such as wheelchairs and umbrellas
- Demonstrates an approachable and helpful attitude, ready to answer questions and provide guidance to BG Library guests
- Assists with carriage rides, shuttle stops, check-in tent, and crowd control areas when needed
- Obeys all company policies, procedures, traffic laws, and regulations
- Safely transport guests and staff to designated locations throughout BGEA property while maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of assigned vehicles and ensuring they are properly refueled
- Monitors vehicles and reports maintenance needs
- Performs a multi-point safety check of the assigned bus each shift
- Collects surveys and verifies that all required information has been completed
- Maintains a neat and orderly work environment, ensuring that all information items are well stocked
- Responsible for opening, using and closing computer systems as assigned
- Responsible for restocking supplies needed for effective ministry
- Reports any issues to the Manager on Duty immediately
- Maintains clear, timely, and effective communication with supervisors and management
Marginal Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports to Guest Services Manager
- Covers all guest services areas as assigned by Manager on Duty
- Has no supervisory responsibility
- All other duties as assigned

The Title VII Exception for Employment
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is a faith-based religious organization committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through every effective means. Consistent with our charitable purpose to share the Christian faith, a requirement for employment at BGEA is affirmation and adherence to our Christian Statement of Faith. Our Statement of Faith prerequisite for employment is based upon federal law set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000e-1.
