Job description

You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative processes
• Support a wide range of Human Resources administrative functions, including but not limited to invoice processing, personnel file maintenance, and departmental recordkeeping and filings
• Assist with compliance and audits and support HR compliance initiatives and projects as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate benefits-related health and welfare files, both electronically and in hard copy
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by providing administrative assistance to HR Business Partners and other HR functions as needed
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through multiple HR email inboxes
• Perform special projects, assignments, and other duties as assigned

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need:

• Associate's degree required, BS preferred
• 1-2 years' Human Resources experience preferred
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn additional programs as necessary
• Languages: English Essential, Spanish is a plus

o This position's range is $23 - $29/hr

As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
