What You'll Be Doing

Your days won't feel copy-pasted. You'll be outside, moving, creating, and working on different homes instead of staring at the same four walls. Some days you'll work closely with the team. Other days you'll need to stay sharp and handle your part on your own.

You'll use your hands, your body, and your brain. You'll solve real problems, work with clients and coworkers, and help create a finished result people notice right away. It's the kind of work where quality shows, and so does effort.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but it moves FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

The process:

2. You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video interview. (5 min)
3. You'll get a text to schedule a phone call with our team. (15 mins)
4. You'll be invited to attend an in-person, paid working interview. (4 hours)

What You'll Earn

You'll work a consistent 35 to 40 hours a week. Pay is $22 to $40 per hour, with production incentives and bonuses on top. You'll also get paid sick leave, holidays, and snacks and drinks while you work.
