Seasonal Winter Laborer

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Receive $500 in mid December 2026 and $500 in April 2027

at the completion of the winter assignment.

DEPARTMENT: General Services Department - Highways Division

TYPICAL WORK SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Days, Monday - Friday, Overtime is a requirement.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $17.61 - $19.25

Job Summary:

The City of Concord, General Services Department, is accepting applications for temporary, seasonal laborers for shoveling and wing people to work from November 2026 to April 2027. Successful applicants will be guaranteed 40 hours of work per week whether it snows or not. Experience a plus, but not required. Pay rate is $17.61 to $19.25 per hour DOQ.
