• Sanitization: Disinfect cardio machines, free weights, benches, and strength equipment.
• Restrooms & Locker Rooms: Deep-clean toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and the Black Card Spa (tanning, massage chairs, hydro-massage).
• Floors & Surfaces: Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and operate commercial floor scrubbers.
• Upkeep & Stocking: Empty trash and recycling bins, restock paper towels, sanitizer bottles, and bathroom supplies.
• High Dusting & Laundry: Dust vents, TVs, and light fixtures, and wash/dry gym microfiber cloths or mop heads
• Member Check-In: Greet arriving and departing guests, scan key tags or mobile apps, and verify accounts.
• Phone & In-Person Inquiries: Answer phone calls, explain membership types (Classic vs. Black Card), and tour prospective members around the gym.
• Sales & Retail: Handle point-of-sale transactions for drinks, snacks, or branded merchandise, and meet club sales goals.
• Floor Checks & Light Cleaning: Perform regular walkthroughs of the gym floor to check safety, re-rack stray weights, and wipe down equipment.
• Member Support: Resolve basic account questions, cancelations, or upgrades, and escalate complex issues to the Club Manager
