Position Overview The R3STEM Mentor coaches R3STEM Teaching Fellows and observes at least one time each during the Fall and Spring semesters. The R3STEM Mentor will provide mentoring to develop the dispositions, knowledge and skills required of novice teachers and conduct meetings with teachers and district personnel as needed. |
Minimum Qualifications Master's in Mathematics, Science, and/or Engineering. |

Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in Mathematics, Science, Engineering and/or Curriculum and Instruction. Experience as a secondary Mathematics, Science, and/or Engineering Teacher. |
