Secret-Cleared SIGINT Systems Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Secret-Cleared SIGINT Systems Engineer in Hudson, New Hampshire for an approximately one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support development, integration, verification, and fielding of advanced SIGINT and RF systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience supporting requirements development, system design, integration, verification, and validation.
• Experience integrating software and troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Experience with RF systems and RF/software test environments.
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and resolving technical issues.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE) experience.
• RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or Software Defined Radio experience.
• Hands-on experience with RF/SIGINT integration, verification, validation, and laboratory setups.
• Experience with Linux containers.
• Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Agile development experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

What You'll Do

• Support development of requirements and system designs for SIGINT capabilities.
• Perform system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and system-integration strategies.
• Support RF and software troubleshooting in laboratory environments.
• Perform data analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Apply digital engineering and MBSE approaches.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for internal and customer reviews.

Work Schedule / Shift

• 9/80 schedule
• 1st shift
• Full-time onsite in Hudson, New Hampshire.
• Occasional off-shift or weekend support may be required.

Pay

• $70.29 per hour.
