Job Description
Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to typing, taking dictation, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, etc.
Job Responsibility
Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to:
Typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc. Taking dictation. Transcribing from a dictaphone.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
Maintaining files.
Takes minutes at meetings.
Miscellaneous duties related to department.
Receptionist duties.
Record keeping.
Patient filing, collecting payments.
Preparation of statistical data.
Keeps inventory of supplies. Orders supplies.
Performs related duties, as required.
