What You'll Do as Our Secretary

• Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude while assisting customers or directing calls to the appropriate team member.
• Welcome customers and visitors, creating a positive first impression and providing outstanding customer service from the moment they arrive.
• Set up new customer accounts by accurately entering information and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Process customer payments by phone and in person while handling confidential information with accuracy and care.
• Return customer phone calls and respond to questions in a timely, helpful manner.
• Coordinate communication between customers, drivers, and office staff to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Organize office files, scan documents, and complete general administrative tasks that keep the office running efficiently.
• Support the team by assisting with daily office responsibilities and helping create an organized, welcoming environment.
