The Maintenance Section Leader leads, coaches, and assists the assigned maintenance hourly employees regarding the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC and assembly equipment.
How You Will Help:
Provides supervision, leadership, direction, coaching, and feedback to the assigned maintenance hourly employees
responsible for supervising the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all CNC and assembly equipment
Works closely with vendors regarding machine parts and improvements
Schedules, delegates, and directs work for all direct reports
Works closely with technicians and mechanics regarding mechanical malfunctions and operating difficulties and suggest necessary repairs to keep machines in production and operating efficiently
Responsible for training and instructing direct reports regarding maintenance best practice
Promotes a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practice in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe condition or practice to your supervisor

The person in this position needs to wear appropriate safety clothing and shoes when needed. This included a need for safety glasses, protective clothing. gloves. helmet. face shield, and steel toe shoes etc.
Must be able to stand for 60% of the time
Occasionally will be expected to lift large material not to exceed 50 pounds
Associate''s degree in Mechatronics and/or Related Field
5+ years of diversified machining and repair work
