Securities Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Miami: Securities and Complex Litigation from Home

Our client, a highly regarded South Florida complex litigation firm, is looking for a Securities Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Miami. The firm handles securities, shareholder, and financial services disputes in federal and state courts and before FINRA.

This is a remote role. You will work from your home office, stay connected with the team virtually, and travel to Miami or other venues only when hearings, meetings, or trial require it.

What You'll Do

• Litigate securities and shareholder disputes from case assessment through trial or arbitration
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions of parties and experts
• Analyze financial documents and work with damages experts
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and hearings

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of securities, financial services, or complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Self-motivated and organized when working from a home office
