    Job Description

     Position Title: Securitization Associate – Finance Practice
    Location: Boston, New York
    Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000

    About the Opportunity

    Supports structuring, negotiation, and documentation of securitization transactions (CLOs, whole business securitizations). Conducts due diligence, prepares disclosure documents, collaborates across teams, and mentors junior associates.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3–5 years securitization/structured finance experience
    • J.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admission
    • Strong analytical, drafting, and teamwork skills
