Security Aide

We are seeking a Security Aide to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide safety and security monitoring throughout the community through observation, patrols, and reporting.
• Screen and direct residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and visitors while promoting a welcoming environment.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, fire alarm systems, emergency call systems, and other security-related equipment.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, resident needs, and incident situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation while supporting resident and employee safety initiatives.

About You
• Minimum of one year of experience in security, safety, building monitoring, or a related field.
• Knowledge of alarm systems, communication equipment, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to complete reports, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
