Security Analysis Senior Specialist Advisor

Job Description:
Position Summary

• The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for the architecture, implementation, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's cybersecurity technology stack.
• This role serves as the technical owner and subject matter expert for endpoint security, secure access, vulnerability management, cloud security, email security.
• The engineer partners closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Identity, Application Development, SOC, Compliance, and third-party vendors to ensure security controls are effectively deployed, monitored, and maintained across the enterprise.

Role Responsibilities:

Security Platform Ownership
Act as the primary technical owner for:
" SentinelOne EDR/XDR
" Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
" Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
" Rapid7
" Microsoft Azure Security Services
" Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Security
" Proofpoint Email Security Suite
" CSPM Cloud Security Platform
" ReliaQuest GreyMatter Platform
Engineering & Operations
" Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls.
" Develop security standards, baselines, and operational procedures.
" Lead upgrades, integrations, and platform optimization initiatives.
" Manage vendor relationships and support escalations.
" Develop automation and orchestration opportunities.
" Create dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.
Cloud Security
" Design and maintain security controls for Azure and GCP environments.
" Implement cloud-native monitoring, posture management, and threat detection.
" Utilize CSPM solutions to identify and remediate cloud risks.
" Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to secure new deployments.
Vulnerability Management
" Own the vulnerability management lifecycle using Rapid7.
" Conduct risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking.
" Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams on remediation efforts.
" Report remediation performance against established SLAs.
Endpoint Security
" Administer and optimize SentinelOne policies and detections.
" Lead threat containment, investigation support, and endpoint hardening activities.
" Evaluate endpoint security effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Secure Access & Zero Trust
" Manage Zscaler ZIA and ZPA policies, integrations, and access controls.
" Support Zero Trust initiatives and secure remote access programs.
" Collaborate with Identity teams on SSO, MFA, and privileged access integrations.
Email & User Protection
" Manage Proofpoint email security controls.
" Develop anti-phishing and email threat protection strategies.
" Investigate and respond to email-based threats.
Incident Response & SOC Support
" Support security incident investigations and forensic activities.
" Develop and maintain runbooks and response procedures.
" Conduct threat hunting and proactive detection activities.
" Work closely with ReliaQuest analysts and MDR resources.
Security Architecture
" Evaluate new technologies and security requirements.
" Participate in design reviews for infrastructure, applications, and cloud solutions.
" Recommend compensating controls and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications:
" 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
" 5+ years supporting enterprise security platforms.
" Strong experience with:
o SentinelOne
o Zscaler ZIA/ZPA
o Rapid7
o Azure
o GCP
o Proofpoint
" Experience with cloud security architecture and Zero Trust principles.
" Strong knowledge of networking, identity management, and enterprise infrastructure.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is 90$/hr -100$/hr . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
