As a Security Guard Business Property in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence for tenants, visitors, and guests while monitoring access and supporting security-related procedures. You will communicate clearly, assist with visitor management, respond to incidents, and help maintain an orderly environment. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications, including phones, radios, and electronic access systems, and relay information to building management and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly lobby environment by reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
