    Description

    We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of all attendees, staff, performers, and vendors during [Festival Name]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding to incidents, and assisting with crowd management and access control in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor entrances, exits, and festival perimeters to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

    • Conduct bag checks, ID checks, and pat-downs in accordance with festival security protocols.

    • Maintain crowd control, ensure safe movement of people, and prevent overcrowding in high-traffic areas.

    • Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents including disturbances, medical emergencies, or lost persons.

    • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and festival management as needed.

    • Patrol designated areas on foot and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or safety violations.

    • Provide information and assistance to festival-goers with a courteous and professional demeanor.

    • Write clear and concise incident reports as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.

    • Valid Security Guard License (if applicable by state or region).

    • First Aid/CPR certification is a strong asset.

    • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long hours, sometimes in varying weather conditions.

    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

    • Calm under pressure and able to make quick, sound decisions.

    • Must be available for all scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the event.

    Additional Information:

    • Uniform and on-site training provided.

    • Temporary contract covering festival duration and setup/teardown days as needed.

    • Opportunities to return for future events based on performance.
