Job Summary· Installs, programs, maintains, or repairs commercial security systems and equipment in accordance with relevant codes. CCTV, BA, Card Access, Video and Audio
General Accountabilities· Mounts and fastens control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
· Installs, maintains, or repairs security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
· Feeds cables through access holes, roof spaces, and cavity walls to reach fixture outlets; then positions and terminates cables, wires and strapping.
· Tests and repairs circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications.
· Drills holes for wiring in wall studs, joists, ceilings, or floors.
· Demonstrates systems for customers and explains details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
· Keeps informed of new products and developments.
· Mounts raceways and conduits and fasten wires to wood framing, using staplers or hooks.

Job Qualifications· Competency in safely using basic hand and cordless tools. You are required to supply basic hand and cordless tools. We can work with you on this.
· Must have a clean DMV report, reliable transportation and able to pass a background test and drug screening.
· Experience: Previous experience in Telecom, electrician, low voltage or construction is a plus.
