Security Network Engineer

We are seeking to expand our diverse team of Security Engineers dedicated to understanding and defending against contemporary cyber threats. Our team collaborates directly with business units to maintain a competitive edge while implementing essential security measures in today's landscape. We are looking for passionate and curious security professionals eager to make a significant impact on our ever-evolving program.

This role is remote, however, a hybrid option is available if the candidate is living in Seattle.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and engineer new solutions to enhance existing data classification and protection technologies across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams within Security and across the organization internationally to safeguard business-critical data.
• Design and execute various projects to improve the data protection infrastructure and boost efficiency and detection rates.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Networking & Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline
• Strong technical understanding of information security concepts, common attacks and mitigation techniques, and the ability to make risk-based decisions
• Good understanding of operating systems internals and security practices
• Good understanding of common network protocols
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages
