Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas
• Operate radio transmitting equipment
• Provide information to tenants' employees, the public and other users and visitors or the building
• Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of property
• Prevent trespassing and loitering; escort violators from the site
• Cite violators of vehicle parking policies
• Survey security and safety of the Owner's premises, contents, supplies and equipment
• Operate card access system
• Control removal of equipment from premises
• Assist in the evacuation of personnel if necessary
• Respond to all routine and emergency procedures as indicated in the Owner's Fire/Life Safety Manual
• Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions
• Contractor will perform all additional duties which Owner and Contractor may agree upon from time to time

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or over
• High school diploma or equivalent; possession of a college degree is highly desirable.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• All assigned personnel should be of high integrity and possess exemplary security skills and judgment.
• Assigned personnel should possess above average computer skills
