Key Responsibilities

• Site Protection & Patrols: Conduct routine foot/vehicle patrols, inspect buildings, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure site security.
• Access & Traffic Control: Manage entry points, verify credentials, assist with traffic flow, and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Incident Response & Reporting: Investigate suspicious activity, enforce company policies, and compile accurate, detailed incident reports and daily logs using a smartphone.
• Facility Oversight: Monitor building systems, report safety hazards or maintenance issues, and perform basic preventive checks on security equipment.
• Customer Service: Act as a welcoming, professional resource for personnel and visitors while handling all interactions with tact and authority.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Florida Class "D" Security License (Required).
• Driver's License: Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Technology: Proficient with smartphones and basic computer software for mobile reporting and team communication.
• Professionalism: Strong communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills with a sharp, professional appearance.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
