Job Description: Security Officer/Customer Service

Location: San Antonio TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer/Customer Service representative to join our team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
