As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to studio facilities, offices, production areas, and restricted locations by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, business areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, guests, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership while documenting incidents, observations, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
