As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Concierge in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for residents and visitors while monitoring access and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help maintain an orderly environment. Pay Rate: $17.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Serve as a welcoming front desk presence, greet residents and guests, verify access authorization, and direct visitors in accordance with property procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, package, key, incident, and shift activity records, and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
