As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Position in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors, document observations, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
