Locations: Everett, Malden & Woburn, MA
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per month, as needed
Shift: Overnight
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Description:

As a Floater Dedicated Security Officer, you will provide security coverage at our client locations in Everett, Malden, and Woburn. Officers must be flexible and willing to work at different locations depending on operational and coverage needs.

The role primarily involves outdoor and interior foot patrols, monitoring property activity, securing access points, and maintaining a visible security presence throughout the overnight shift. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
        

Key Responsibilities:
•    Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift
•    Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
•    Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner
•    Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
•    Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
•    Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
•    Ensure all building access points are secure

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle for the ability to travel between Everett, Malden, and Woburn 
  •    Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
  •    Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly
  •    Strong observational and communication skills
  •    Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally
  •    Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
