Security Officer (Part-Time) – Day Shift – Dublin, OH (On-Site)
Location: Dublin, OH 43017 (On-site)
Schedule: Day shift; minimum 2 shifts/week (6 hours each) or 1 shift/week (12 hours) (option to pick up additional shifts as available)
Pay: $20.56/hour

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Perform daily security procedures to safeguard people, property, and operations
Conduct routine patrols, security checks, and visibility rounds throughout the site
Monitor and identify physical security risks; escalate concerns and support risk mitigation
Enforce site security policies, badge/visitor protocols, and safety standards
Respond to security and medical incidents; document actions and outcomes thoroughly
Support emergency response activities and follow established crisis procedures
Provide high-quality customer service at security desks; interact professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors
Complete accurate incident reports and maintain organized documentation

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma (required)
1+ year of experience in security or a closely related field (required)
Prior security industry experience (preferred)
CPR/AED certification (preferred)
EMT-Basic or paramedic experience (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain consistent attendance
Strong written communication for report writing, incident documentation, and shift handoffs
Comfortable working in a structured, policy-driven environment with routine procedures
