Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

3.1. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Navigating operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
• Utilizing software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
• Accessing and managing email accounts
• Conducting online research and utilizing web-based tools

3.2. Customer Service Experience (B219)
Candidates must possess relevant customer service experience. This includes:

• Previous roles in customer-facing positions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Experience in resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Skills in building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a professional environment.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
