Work Schedule:
The Rollins College Campus Safety Office provides 24-hour response to call for service, provides routine and directed patrol activities, parking enforcement, and preliminary investigation of most campus incidents. Available shifts include:
Part-time Security Officers work approximately 15-25 hours per week, for a total of less than 1,000 hours per year. Scheduled hours per week will depend on availability and operational needs.
Hourly Pay Rate:
The hourly rate is $18.50 and there are no benefits associated with these positions.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to train, direct, and supervise the work of others.
Demonstrated knowledge of modern safety/police practices and procedures.
Knowledge of and abiding by all guidelines associated with the Clery Act and Title IX.
Strong service orientation with a demonstrated ability to effectively meet the needs of and work collaboratively with a diverse population of students, staff, faculty, and public.
Ability to use tact and good judgment in resolving work problems and dealing with the public, students, and staff.
Ability to work in demanding and stressful situations.

Employment Eligibility:
