Current staffing models allow BB SPMs to manage three new construction projects (925 management hours per project) simultaneously.
Client is accelerating build plans for all locations — 215 new data center builds across ATL, PHL, PNE, RNO, PHX, SBN, SHV, IAH, STL, and JAN regions.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Mirroring those of a standard SPM, covering design through equipment installation and vendor management.
Physical security system (Access control system, Video surveillance system, Intrusion detection system...)
Top must have:
Project management
Vendor management
Physical Security systems – (for example - CCTV, Access control)
Nice to Haves:
PMP certification
Data center experience environment experience
Security systems installation experience
YOE:3-5 Years Degree: Bachelor’s degree
