In this role you will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets communicating the value of our security solutions to prospective clients. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills a self-motivated approach to pipeline management and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target prospective clients through research cold calling networking and attendance at industry events to generate a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client contact through proposal contract negotiation and closure.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction retention and referrals.Stay current on the latest security solutions and technologies and effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients in clear compelling terms.Prepare and deliver professional tailored sales proposals and presentations that address each clients specific security needs.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as established by management.Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status within the CRM system.QualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in the security or technology industry.Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the service area as needed.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentPrimarily field-based with regular travel to client sites industry events and prospect locations throughout the service area.Office time required for proposal development reporting CRM maintenance and internal meetings.May require occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client schedules.The base salary for this role is60000 to 90000 per year based on experience and qualifications plus additional compensation package.As part of the DU Family of Companies we believe that empowering and investing in our employees as leaders develops an organization that delivers innovative solutions and services that create a superior customer experience.
