Security System Quality Control Foreman

Loyal Source is looking for a Security Quality Control Foreman for an employment opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa.

About the Role:

The Security Quality Control Foreman will ensure the correct installation of complex systems according to customer standards, providing pivotal onsite supervision of electronic installers. This role involves coordinating daily activities at assigned worksites, ensuring seamless communication with the General Contractor (GC) and the install team, attending all onsite meetings, and providing essential coordination between teams. The Foreman will also be responsible for providing concise direction to maintain schedules, delivering weekly updates via Fieldwire, and assisting in the testing and commissioning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates daily activities for the assigned worksites.
• Performs programming and leads the startup and commissioning process when applicable.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches other team members.
• Delivers reliable, high-quality customer support and customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure the efficient execution of assigned tasks and ensures progress and completion.
• Provides documentation of service and hours worked, and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic and is detail-oriented.
• Completes other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have five (5) or more years of experience.
• Experience working in a data center is highly preferred.
• Mastery knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control systems is required.
• Full knowledge of local/national codes is essential.
• Comfortability working with Lenel is preferred.
• Proficiency in OSHA, HAZCOM regulations, and comprehension of the national electronic code.
• Strong communication and leadership skills when working with others.
• Ability to determine and implement resolutions to complex field situations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead others and manage multiple projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM
