    Job Title: Security Technical Program Manager (TPM)
    Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Model - 3 days in-office)
    Duration: 06 Months plus
    Rate: DOE
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team for a high-visibility role in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance, alongside excellent communication and change management skills. This position is crucial for overseeing security initiatives and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage security-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
    • Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security practices.
    • Perform data analysis and reporting to track progress, identify trends, and address questions regarding security initiatives.
    • Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders regarding security updates and initiatives.
    • Assist in change management processes related to security policies and practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
    • Familiarity with data protection laws and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
    • Proven experience in project management, particularly within security-focused initiatives.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; capable of pulling data to support decision-making.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
    • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or project management (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CISM).
    Additional Information:
    • Local candidates preferred or those willing to relocate to the Seattle area.
