Security_TWC

Security services to consist of patrolling building exterior, building entrances,
and parking garage during regular hours. Will require the security officer to interface with the public who are coming to the building requesting information on Texas Workforce Commission services. This building is not open to the public and all
unscheduled visitors will need to be redirected. Security Officer to identify
and address unauthorized parking, vandalism, and theft. Report any
unusual incidents, hazardous conditions, or emergencies to the TWC
Contract Administrator or designated representative.
A daily log of duties performed will be kept by the guard and a copy will be
submitted to the TWC Contract Administrator or designated representative.
The security guard will wear a uniform sufficiently identifying that person as
security personnel. Guards shall maintain a neat and professional
appearance with proper grooming and hygiene practices.
